RA instructions

  1. Download your worklist below and work through it top to bottom.
  2. File Delhi rows on rtionline.delhi.gov.in and Maharashtra rows on rtionline.maharashtra.gov.in (₹10 fee, CAPTCHA at submission; portals reachable only from India). Pick the office named in office_name from the Public Authority dropdown.
  3. Paste the letter matching your row's treatment AND template_version: Delhi rows (v3) use the v3 letters; Maharashtra rows use the condensed 150-word letters — from 2026-10-04 ALWAYS the v6 versions, which clarify scope: the addressed office's own register, and only if it keeps none, the registers of its subordinate divisions (offices were phoning to ask). If an office calls, tell them exactly that. Do not edit the text beyond the filer placeholders.
  4. Record every attempt in the filing form, including offices you could not file to (missing from the dropdown, portal error) — that row still counts.
